Full List of Diary General Settings

Here is a full list of all of the Diary options within Settings.

Within the system there are a number of different settings for your diary. These are under 4 different sections

Options

  1. Use Auth Codes - When creating an appointment in the diary there will be a drop down menu to add an Authorisation code along with the options to Add New Treatment Authorisation and View Authorisation History. If you do not want this to appear when booking in an appointment you can toggle this off

  2. Default Sessions to be Online - If this is toggled on Default Practitioner sessions will be available online

  3. Show Today Line - This will show a red line on the diary showing the current day and time. If you do not want this to appear on the diary you can toggle it off

  4. First Day of Week - This option allows you to set the first day of the week on your calendar. You can select what day you want your diary to begin on by clicking on the drop down list and selecting the day in there

  5. Show 'What do you want to do next?' after Quick Bill - When you complete an appointment and use Quick Bill it will open another pop up with "What do you want to do next?" which will include options like book next appointment or send a discharge letter. This can be toggled on or off.

  6. Make room selection mandatory for appointments - If this is toggled on it will make the user select a room when booking an appointment on the diary

  7. Disable 'Reset Appointment to booked' after month end' - Stops appointments from being set back to booked after a month has passed.

  8. Enable Dairy Day Notes - Can add notes to the top of your practitioner's diaries.


Appointment Options

Allow for additional appointment status from arrived to in progress to left.

Cancellation options

  1. Use appointment charge for cancellations - Uses the charge on the appointment by default for cancellations.

  2. Cancellation charges will be applied for appointments cancelled with notice less than - Sets the time frame to which cancellation can be charged.

  3. Always require cancellation reasons - Makes it mandatory to have a reason when cancelling an appointment.

  4. Allow bookings made in E-Clinic to be cancelled via Connect- Allows your patient's to cancel appointments themselves online through Connect.

  5. Notify practitioners of cancellations - Practitioners who are booked for the cancelled appointment will get a notification.

Waiting List

Allows you to set the invitation period for how long someone has to accept a waiting list appointment request.

Video Consultations

This section is where you will choose which provider you wish to use when delivering Telehealth Appointments/Video Consultations.

  1. Telehealth - Create and use video consultations from within the system. This is only available for appointments

  2. Zoom integration - You can find more on integrating your zoom account here:

  3. Other Provider - You can copy and paste a link from an external provider into the appointment details. This will then ensure this information is in the appointment reminders etc. Choose this option if you are using a FREE Zoom account

  4. None - Turn off all video communication.



Working Days

In here you can set the days that are displayed on your diary. For example, if you work Saturdays and don't work Mondays you can unselect Monday and select Saturday and only these selected days will appear on your diary.


Holiday Dates

If you wish to set aside an entire day in the diary as a holiday you can do this on holiday dates by selecting 'Add Holiday Date.' This will bring up a pop up asking you to enter a date. It will also allow you to enter a date via a calendar.
