This Atricle will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Expenditure Analysis Report:

Summary:

Expenditure logged within your date range

Parameters

Expenditure Category:

Leave blank to pull through all. This list is populated in ‘settings > custom lists > Expenditure Category’.

Payment Method:

Leave blank to pull through all. This list is populated in ‘settings > custom lists > Payment Types’.

Group By Category?

Separates the data into category groupings, with totals per category at the bottom of each group

Expenditure Date Range

This field is mandatory. It will show all expenditure billed within your date range.

Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section.

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Expenditure Category:

Lists the category of the expenditure.

Payment Method:

List the payment method

Supplier Name:

If a supplier was provided their name would appear here

Expenditure Date:

The date of the expenditure. This would be the same date every month, if a monthly expenditure was created.

Expenditure Reference:

The reference of the expenditure

Description:

The description of the expenditure

Amount EX VAT:

Amount excluding vat

VAT Rate:

The VAT rate at the time of the expenditure

VAT Amount:

The total VAT amount associated to the expenditure

Total:

The total amount associated to the expenditure

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored.
