Once you have logged into E-Clinic you will be greeted by the home-screen.
On the left-hand side, there is a vertical navigation bar with icons that allow you to move between different sections of the system, such as the diary, patients, tasks, billing, and reports. This sidebar provides quick access to the main areas of the clinic management platform.
Across the top of the screen, there is a header section that includes a Quick Search bar (Ctrl+K) for quickly finding patients or records. On the right side of this header, you can see the logged-in clinic location, a “+ Task” button, notification icons, and the user profile menu.
Below the header, the page shows the current context: February 2026 in Week view, with options to switch between Day, Week, and Month views. There are also buttons to change between Practitioner View, Room View, List View, and Waiting Lists.
In the middle of the screen, the main diary is displayed .Each column represents a different day (for example, Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th, and Friday 20th), and each day is divided into 15-minute time slots. This central area is where appointments would appear and where new bookings can be added.
