Written by John Allen

Packages allow you to combine different appointment types, classes, and stock items and put them into one bundle for your clients to purchase as either a one-off fee or as part of a subscription. You can find out more about utilizing packages here.

Once a package has been added to your client's record you can keep track of its usage and adjust things like the expiry date and usage that has been allocated to the package. You can find where a client's package details are stored under their record > finances > pre-paid items.

From here you can manage pre-existing package items or add new pre-paid items using the drop-down options. Adding individual items will all go under a package called Manually added pre-paid item. All other packages will display using the name they were created with -

To manage a package use the view button. This will display the expiry date of the package, the number of different items on the package, their quantity, and usage values. All of these fields are adjustable. You can alter the date using the calendar icon and change the items by using the edit pen icon on the right of their row. You can also add extra items to the package if needed.

Another great feature of this new package management tool is that you can track exactly where your client's package items have been used under the View Usage tab, allowing you to easily see what appointments/classes the package has been used for so far.

Clicking View on the entry will take you to the appointment/class.
