Within your diary, you can add Packages. Packages are a useful tool to have if you run many classes or courses. Packages are mainly used for courses and allow your clients to look at a bundle of classes they wish to attend at a discounted price. It allows the clients to book in to multiple classes with one payment, after which they do not have to worry about paying for multiple classes.
To navigate to the packages page. Go to Settings > Setup and Package.
How to Create a Package
When on the package page, select the "Add" button at the bottom right of the screen. From here you will be met with this screen.
Name: This will be the name of the package that will be displayed for clients.
Description: A brief description of what the package will include.
Select Image: Used to display on your Online website.
Available Online: This is to allow this class to be booked Online.
This Package Costs: This is how much the package will cost.
Valid for: Days this package is available for.
Available to purchase: The date in which customers can buy and start using this package.
Quantity: This is the amount of the Item Type that is selected.
Item Type: This is the class(es) you wish to use for this package.
Advanced Options
There are some more options which you can use if you wish to have certain restrictions or options for: These are optional to add.
Subscription: This is the package is going to be used as part of a subscription.
Accounting: This is if you wish to add any codes or VAT to the package.
Automation options: This lets you set details for thresholds on the package and using automations in line with them.
Advanced Options: This is if this is for only new customers or one per customer
When a client purchases a package, these can be found in the Pre Paid billing section within the patients account.
