When you first log in, the second thing you should do is to set up your stock. This page should reflect the price list for your clinic. There are 4 different types of stock you can set up:
1. Consultancy - You can find out how to create a consultancy item here.
2. Physical stock item - You can find out how to create a physical stock item here.
3. Cancellation/DNA - You can find out how to create a cancellation/DNA charge here.
4. Class/Course - You can find out how to create a class/course item here.
To override stock items, go to Settings > Setup > Stock. Click on 'edit' on the stock you wish to make a change to then make any adjustments needed.
Once you're happy click 'Update' for the changes to take affect.
