How to Edit a Stock Item

There are 4 types of stock items.

1. Physical stock

2. Consultancy item

3. Cancellation/DNA charge.

4 Classes/Course charge.

To edit an item you simply click 'Edit' on the stock items record which you can see in the image below.

This then opens the 'Edit Charge' screen. The image below shows the fields that have to be populated when editing a 'Physical Stock Item.'

The image below shows the fields that have to be populated when editing a 'Consultancy Item.'

The image below shows the fields that have to be populated when editing a 'Cancellation/DNA Charge.'

The image below shows the fields that have to be populated when editing a 'Class/Course Charge.'

Please note that if you are a single location clinic the options to make the charge 'Available at all locations' and 'Restrict to single location' will not appear.
