This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Current Stock Report:

Summary:

Lists all stock items for monitoring usage

Parameters

Stock Description:

Leave blank for all, or you can select one or more stock items from the list.

Billed Between:

A date is mandatory here. This will show you all stock items sold within your date range.

Minimum Stock Level:

Defaults to 0. This will show all items regardless of minimum stock level. Should you

Reorder:

Reorder will show all items where the current stock level is lower than the minimum level. ‘Stock Above Minimum Level’ will show all items above the level.

Group By Location?

Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group

Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section.

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Stock Description:

The name of the stock item This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the stock item in a new tab.

Stock Ref:

If a stock reference was provided it will appear here. This pulls from the stock item.

Stock Level:

Current stock level

Stock Minimum Level:

Minimum level of the stock item

Stock Price EX VAT:

The stock price excluding VAT

Stock VAT Amount:

Total amount of VAT added to the charge.

Stock VAT Rate:

If VAT has been added it will display the VAT Rate

Stock Total Price:

Full price of the stock item including VAT.

Cost EX VAT:

Cost excluding VAT

Cost VAT Amount:

Total amount of VAT added.

Cost VAT Rate:

If VAT has been added it will display the VAT rate.

Cost Amount:

The total amount to purchase this item.

Total Billed In Date Range:

Number of items sold in date range

Billed Amount:

Sum of all the billing items in the date range.

Reorder:

If the stock level is below the minimum level this will read ‘reorder’.

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored.
