You are able to change the status of an appointment by clicking on it from the diary.
The appointment then opens up and we can choose 'Arrive.'
Once we mark the appointment as arrived it appears in the diary as black with an amber circle.
When we click on the appointment we can also see it has a status of 'Arrived.'
