To view the diary by room you simply click on 'Room View.'
This then brings up 'Room View' beside the diary location which is highlighted in the image below. If you click on 'Select a calendar' it allows you to select/deselect the rooms you want to see on the diary. Once you click 'Apply' the diary is now displayed in room view as you can see in the following image.
Please note that Rooms is an additional module which you would have to speak to our sales team about purchasing.
