If you are trying to log into E-Clinic but cannot remember your password and need to reset it, click on 'Forgot your password?' on your login screen.
You will then be redirected to a new webpage, similar to the image below, where you will be asked for your email address. Please ensure that your use the correct email address that you log into E-clinic with.
You will then be sent an email to that email address with a link on it. When you click the link you will be prompted to create a new password.
Once you have entered the new password and clicked 'Set My Password' you will then be able to use the new password for E-Clinic.
