When you are in contact with the E-Clinic support team you will be asked for your 'Client ID.'
This will bring up a record of your clinic detailing different information which will be of use to the various teams in Blue Zinc. You can find your 'Client ID' by clicking on your name at the top right of your E-Clinic webpage. This will bring up a drop down which contains different options.
The below image shows the drop down and the Client ID area is highlighted.
