On the left hand side of a case there is an area where you can click the '+' symbol within the 'Score' option to add a new 'Score'. This is highlighted in the image below:
The below image shows the Available Scores and these are set up under Scores & Goals in case settings. All Scores have to be predefined so if they are not set up in case settings then they will not appear in this list.
For this example I have clicked on the 'Weight' score. It brings up the template below:
You enter the value in the 'Score' section and then click 'Add.'
This then appears on a graph which you can see in the image below:
To adjust the entered value, click the pencil and paper icon in the top right corner and adjust accordingly.
If you want to work with scores on a more detailed screen, simply click 'Advanced' on the score entry tab.
This will then bring up the below window, allowing you to enter scores and view the graph:
This allows you to check in at each appointment to give a progress report on where this patient is at in terms of reaching the desired score.
