On the right hand side of the case click on 'More' and then choose 'Discharge.'
This will then bring up a confirmation box as seen in the following image.
This then adds the default discharge template to the case. As with the other templates, you are able to edit this to make it your own via case settings.
Once you fill out the details the case is now marked as discharged.
