Once you have created your Discount Codes and applied them to be a part of your Connect Booking site, you can then send these codes to your clients so they can use it when booking an appointment or class.
How do I apply a discount code to a Service?
To apply a discount code to a Service, select the service you wish to apply and go to Edit > Restrictions, at the bottom of the tab you will have all the applicable discount codes you can put towards this service. Ticking any of these codes will allow it to be used against the appointment or class.
How will a patient be able to add the discount code?
If a patient has a discount code that they wish to use for the service, once they go to the service payment screen, there will be a new Discount Code bar that will appear as seen below. Once the code is applied, it will show it is a valid discount code by adding the tag. This will in turn, decrease the original payment amount which will show the new value.
