You assign a practitioner to a location by going to their practitoner record under settings > setup > practitoners. Click 'View' against the practitioner you wish to assign to a location then click on 'Practitioner Settings' then 'Locations'.
Simply select the location under the 'Add new location' section to add it
The practitioner will now show up for the location to be booked into on the diary.
