ssessments can be added to any consultation in E-Clinic. To add an Assessment the consultation must be in an 'Edit' state. To Edit a consultation simply click the 'Edit' option
When the consultation is ready to edit click the 'Assessment.' button.
When the 'Add' button is clicked a list of Assessments will appear. These are all standard Assessments within E-Clinic but they can be changed to suit your specific needs. Note the 'Previously Used' section on the list. This will only appear when opening an Assessment for a second time. This user specific, so if you create your own assessments within E-Clinic; only your previously used template will appear here. You can also search for specific Assessments in the 'Search' bar.
When an Assessment has been added it will show in the consultation. The standard templates that are currently in E-Clinic generally have the same flow i.e. most options are the same. The only option that changes is the type of test that is carried out. This case is a hip test, so I have picked a Hip Assessment. The tests are all pre populated but if you do wish to add more you can do so in the Custom List section of E-Clinic.
